Selected Topics in Solid-State Electronics - Physics, Technology, and Application of Nanostructures
An introductory course that provides students interdisciplinary knowledge in broad areas of nanotechnology and nanostructures. This year emphasis will be on nanofabrication technology, nanoelectronics (including CNT), subwavelength optical components, and nanofluidic devices.
