Automatic Control Systems

Students will develop an understanding of feedback principles in the control of dynamic systems, and gain experience in analyzing and designing control systems.

Reading/Writing assignments:
Twenty pages per week reading in text. Weekly problem sets. Six hours preparation per week.

Requirements/Grading:
Take Home Mid term Exam - 20%
Take Home Final Exam - 30%
Quizzes - 10%
Problem set(s) - 40%

Other Requirements:
Not Open to Freshmen.

Prerequisites and Restrictions:
MAE 305 or permission of instructor..

Other information:
This course is for non-concentrators and graduate students. It does not offer a laboratory component.
