- Sign in for the academic year
- Enroll in courses, including adding, dropping, or swapping courses
- Go Green and sign up for Direct Deposit, update payroll information, or view and print pay statements and W-2 forms. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org with questions.
SCORE is not available 2am - 7am every day except on Wednesdays when it is not available 2am-8am.
Academic Planning Form (APF) is required for second semester AB and BSE freshmen and AB sophomores. All AB and BSE freshmen and AB sophomores must use this form to indicate academic plans, possible concentration, and courses for the coming term. The academic planning form is located in SCORE, under Advising. Print the completed form and take it to your advising appointment for review and for your adviser’s signature. Prior to enrolling in courses for the coming term: AB freshmen and sophomores submit the completed and signed form to their residential college office; BSE freshmen submit the completed and signed form to the SEAS Undergraduate Affairs Office, C-Quad. Students required to use the APF do not need to submit the Course Enrollment Worksheet described below.
The Course Enrollment Worksheet is the advising worksheet you must use to list your course selections for the term. It must be approved by your Academic Adviser, Department Representative, or Director of Graduate Studies, before you can enroll in courses within SCORE. Any subsequent changes to your course selections, such as Adds, Drops, or Swaps, must also be documented on this worksheet and approved.
