The Course Enrollment Worksheet is a .pdf document which you can fill-out on-line before meeting with your adviser. Print two copies to take to your adviser who may approve your courses by signing both copies. You keep one copy to aid the course enrollment process in SCORE. You should leave the second signed copy of your Course Enrollment Worksheet as follows: A.B. freshmen and sophomores leave the second signed copy with their Residential College Office. B.S.E. freshmen and sophomores leave the second signed copy with the Office of the Associate Dean of Engineering for Undergraduate Affairs in C-Wing, Room 207, E-Quad. Juniors, seniors, and graduate students leave the second copy with their departmental office.
