Senior Independent Work

Paul R. Prucnal

Provides an opportunity for a student to concentrate on a "state-of-the-art" project in electrical engineering. A student may propose a topic and find a faculty member willing to supervise the work. Or the student may select a topic from lists of projects obtained from faculty and off-campus industrial researchers, subject to the consent of the faculty advisor.


Reading/Writing assignments:
Three components: a project proposal, an oral presentation (poster session), and a final written report. Two graded components: Oral presentation (poster) - 10%, Final written two semester report or Senior Thesis - 90%.

Requirements/Grading:
Other (See Instructor) - 100%

Other Requirements:
Open to Seniors Only.

Prerequisites and Restrictions:
Senior standing is required for enrollment in this course..
