Water Quality Modeling and Analysis

The course explores construction and solution of water-quality models for transport and transformation of pollutants in surface runoff, streams, lakes, estuaries, and groundwaters; and the basic principles of water quality modeling. It reviews existing models and the utility and appropriateness of various modeling techniques for analysis and prediction.
